This is something normal and you should not be overwhelmed about it. You might encounter some problems when checking your examination results. 

The most common that usually happens is when you submit your detail but the system will not recognize that you are valid candidate who sat for the exams. 

When you get a message like “Sorry the Index Number, Scratch Card Number/PIN Number does not exist. Please look carefully and retype the numbers. 

Also, since thousands are checking their results online, the CSSPS website will be very busy and so, you might not get easy access to the site or the system may not fish out your information as fast as possible. When this happens, don’t worry but keep trying and you’ll soon get your results. 

Again,  you might also experience challenges if your results were received later than others. If the results are withheld, it does not necessarily mean your results have been canceled. You can get them later by keeping checking until you have them.
