Rapper Sarkodie has joined the social media craze where men have formed a virtual group called the Stingy Men Association (SMA).

This association, according to many, is meant to protect stingy men and to encourage them not to give out money freely to anyone especially women – girlfriends and sidechics especially.

This Stingy Men Association thing has taken centre stage on Ghana Twitter as celebrities and netizens join and publicly declare the resolve to stay stingy.

Sarkodie who has been considered in many circles as a very stingy person expressed shock at the development especially when men are joining the SMA and leaving him out.

According to him, it is a total disrespect for men to join the group early before he got wind of it.

He wrote: What sort of disrespect is this … been seeing a lot of you guys getting this card before me like how?
