Reggae dancehall artist Shatta Wale has spoken about the recent arrest of Nigerian acts, Omah Lay and Tems in Uganda.
These two fast-rising acts were arrested by the Uganda police for breaking their law about ‘Coro’ which could lead them to a jail term of 6 years.
However popular and big Nigerian acts have shown love by using their influence on social media to set them free with hashtags, just like they did during the End Sars protest.
Reacting to this news Shatta Wale took to his Instagram page and said “If it was shatta wale that was Arrested in Uganda like some people in our music industry will try their possible best for them to jail me like 6years 😂😂🚀🔥🚀
Ghana creative artitsts should start learning from Nigerians .. This is what we call Love ❤️”
