The Somè Senior High School is situated at Agbozume in the Ketu South District of the Volta Region. It was founded in 1966 by the Agbozume Scholars Association (ASA) and christened Agbozume Secondary School. It was administered as a Private Community Institution until 11th October 1977 when it was absorbed into the Public School System. The school’s Motto – “Tso Nakle” (Arise and Shine) is a clarion call to the students to arise and shine wherever they are. In other words, it is urging them to be the beacon of the society wherever they are and live up to their responsibilities and expectations.
