Guakro Effah Senior High School was established by the late chief Nana Kwasi Effah, the then chief of Offuman as a community Day school on the 13th of February, 1991 in conjunction with the Traditional Council and the entire community. The school started with twenty five (25) students and five (5) pioneer staff.
