Sprite Ball championship is also another annual inter high school basketball tournament organized in Ghana with the objective of unearthing talents and developing existing ones among high school students in Ghana.

With its maiden edition organized on 2nd Jan 2007, Achimota School won the boys’ competition and St. Mary’s won the girls’ competition. Mfantsipim SHS has the highest trophies won for four times on three consecutive occasion.
