It is true! Takoradi SHS has successfully beaten West African Senior High and Sogakope SHS to book a slot in the quarter-finals.

Their contest ends the one-eight stage of the NSMQ 2019 paving way for a more emotion packed quarter-finals which promises nothing but absolute nail-biting and seats of tenterhooks.

West Africa SHS was a sensation and spectacular in the 2018 NSMQ reaching all the way to the grand finale, but this year, Takoradi SHS terminates that dream.

It was indeed a hot contest! However, Takoradi SHS proves to be hungry for the quarter-finals slot.

The scores at the end of the contest were:

Takoradi SHS – 25pts
West Africa SHS – 18pts
Sogakope SHS – 16pts

The quarter-final is going to be lit especially with fixtures such as:

Prempeh College vs Achimota School vs Wesley Girls’ High School,

Pope John SHS vs PRESEC Legon vs St. John’s School
