How time flies! Soon it is 2019 and another nerve-wracking contest of the National Science and Math Quiz is here with us, with all the fun, humor, suspense, tension and the many mouth-watering prizes for this year’s NSMQ.

This year producers and organizers of the NSMQ – Primetime unveils a new trophy, which is customized with the well know quiz logo accustomed to everyone who is a lover of the contest.

It looks elegant and just more reflective of the contest rather than the other more generic one, and this new trophy outdoes the old cup trophy which has been used for a number of years.

The National Science and Maths Quiz has in recent years galloped a lot of fun and following across the length and breadth of Ghana, and even across the globe. And the outdooring of such a customized trophy is just on point and even a renewed enthusiasm for the 2019 NSMQ.

Remember, two things make NSMQ 2019 so unique: The New customized Bronze Trophy and all expense Trip for an EduFun tour to Nairobi and Dubai, and will surely increase the tenacity of every school and its contestants to ensure they cling to the ultimate prize.

This year, 2019, a total of 135 schools will be participating in the NSMQ. 108 of them will battle it out at the preliminary stages, while 27 SHS will join the contest at the one-eight stage because they were seeded schools from NSMQ 2018.

The contest begins 17^th June 2019 on the University of Ghana Legon campus at the Amegashie auditorium and New N block.
